About me and my therapy practice

It's difficult to explain how talking helps but I have seen it happen many times over. The power of having someone really listen to you and try to understand you with out judgement or agenda is immense.

I am a very experienced person-centred counsellor. I offer a safe space for clients to open up and work through many different issues that may be facing them.

I am particularly experienced in working with trauma, particularly sexual abuse, sexual violence, rape and domestic abuse.

I have experience working with issues arising from life-threatening illness and loss; and in working with anxiety, depression and stress.

I offer an understanding, non-judgemental approach but will also be sensitively challenging to help clients move forwards.

I can work in a long-term or brief therapy format.
