About me and my therapy practice
I work with women and men on a one-to-one basis on a range of issues including sleep-related difficulties. I also work with couples. All sessions are confidential. For maintenance of best practice I receive regular supervision in which I discuss my therapeutic work; however identity of clients is not revealed. I can work with you on either a short-term or longer term basis.
I trained for three years at the renowned Gestalt Centre (London) where I obtained a certificate in humanistic counselling before going on to complete a BACP-accredited diploma. In psychotherapy and counselling I have experience of working both in a large organisational setting and in private practice. I am a fully registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy, and I abide by their ethical framework.
My background is in research - biomedicine - in which I hold a doctorate. I have twenty years' experience of working in senior management and leadership roles in internationally-leading organisations (including Imperial College London and Oxford University). I have extensive experience of mentoring and coaching at a senior level.
