About me and my therapy practice

I am a Counselling Psychologist offering a warm, collaborative, and culturally sensitive space for adults navigating emotional, relational, and neurodevelopmental challenges. My practice is integrative, drawing from humanistic, psychodynamic, CBT, and narrative approaches, and shaped by over a decade of clinical experience across the UK and Europe. I work in English and Greek, and I have extensive experience supporting individuals on an international level.

Alongside therapy, I offer comprehensive adult ADHD assessments for adults seeking clarity, understanding, and a clinically robust formulation of their experiences. My assessment process follows NICE‑aligned procedures and uses validated diagnostic tools, including the DIVA‑5. The full assessment package is £1100 and includes:

• Pre‑screening to determine whether a full assessment is clinically indicated

• A detailed developmental and psychosocial history, including current functioning and areas of impairment

• A structured diagnostic clinical interview aligned with DSM-5-TR criteria

• Collateral information, where appropriate

• A full clinical report with personalised recommendations for daily functioning, workplace or academic adjustments, and therapeutic next steps

• A 30‑minute feedback session to review findings, answer questions, and explore next steps or support options

My first session

The first session with me will be an opportunity for us to explore the reasons you come to therapy and your aims.

  • We'll discuss in detail what you can expect from therapy and how it can support you.
  • If you already have previous therapy experiences, we will take this opportunity to discuss what worked for you in your past sessions or whether you have any other preferences regarding your therapy this time.
  • You will get a feel of me and how I work. By the end of this session and if we both feel that we would like to work together, you will have a dedicated weekly slot in which we'll start working collaboratively towards your aims.

I welcome any questions so please do get in touch. I always aim to respond to you within one business day.
