I am a Psychodynamic/CBT Therapist. I am proficient in issues including, Early Life Experiences, OCD/Phobias, Anxiety/Depression, Addiction, Alcohol/Drug issues, Work Related Stress, PTSD, Bereavement, Anger Management, Couples Marital, Domestic Violence, Panic Disorder, Autistic Spectrum.
I have experience working in illicit drug and alcohol recovery and with clients with complex needs and social anxieties. I also have many years’ experiences of working with vulnerable adults and families.

I am a Registered Member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapist’s (BACP). A professional body who set out an Ethical Framework that all members are required to adhere to.
My Registered Membership shows commitment to working safely and ethically and my regular supervision ensures that professional standards and boundaries are maintained.
I offer face to face, video or telephone counselling therapy. Whichever a client feels more comfortable with.
