About me and my therapy practice
Hello and a warm welcome.
Life provides us all with our own unique colourful journey and I see my role as a therapist as one of being a companion to walk beside my clients as they cross bridges to new understandings of themselves and their life meaning.
I work using a range of approaches from different schools of psychotherapy including Person-centred, Psychodynamic/Psychoanalytic, Existential and Compassion-Focused Theory, as I believe everything depends on the given individual. At the core of my approach is the relationship between client and therapist.
I strive to create a safe and supportive environment, free of judgement, where we can gently explore together what is going on for you. We work collaboratively, with my role being to support you in coming to understand, heal and transcend the difficulties you are going through.
