About me and my therapy practice
Hello and Welcome, I am a Child, Adolescent & Family Psychotherapist offering Psychotherapy to all ages in a quiet private practice in London W2 and online further afield via Zoom.

Within therapy I work with clients to facilitate insight, growth and lasting change that can be integrated into your way of life. I work in an integrative, attachment informed and psychodynamic way offering both long and short-term therapy.
I have been working for over 30 years in varied roles within Education and Care, Mental Health, the NHS and in Business.I have experience in working with a range of difficulties including attachment difficulties, anxiety and depression, loss, complex trauma, physical, sexual and emotional abuse, neglect and with serious mental health difficulties.

Teenagers and Young Adults
Young people today may face more pressures than ever before and many go through challenging and stressful times at school, university, at home and at work.
Relationships may be challenging with peers, family and colleagues and also with oneself. Feelings of anxiety and depression may be experienced. Personal identity, confidence, self esteem and relationship issues are often at the forefront of challenges faced during this time in life. It is also a time of huge potential for personal growth, development and change.
Addressing personal issues and challenges within psychotherapy can help increase your well-being and allow deeper personal growth. You may be feeling anxious, depressed, or have experienced past childhood trauma or abuse which may be affecting you and your relationships. During therapy, I aim to support my clients to help them make meaning of their life, relationships and experiences. By working together, I aim to to facilitate self reflection and insight during each session, which can lead to making positive and lasting changes that can be integrated into your way of life, promoting your happiness and well-being.
Parents and Carers
I offer consultations with parents/carers experiencing varying difficulties. Some parents may have concerns about their child/teenager and are looking for parental support and guidance. I aim to offer insight and support in what may be a one off or 'as and when needed' appointments, to help you support yourself, family and child/teenager better through life’s difficulties.
