I combine extensive knowledge of psychology and therapeutic skills in my work with you. I can help you understand yourself better and develop more helpful ways of dealing with your difficulties. I will offer support and encouragement to help you achieve your goals. People describe me as warm and easy to talk to.
My Scope Of Practice:
• Adults
• Adolescents / Teenagers (14 to 19)

Available Therapies:
I work in a humanistic way, which means that I will support you to freely explore your whole life experience over the past, present, and future. My main framework is known as Existential Psychotherapy, which means I help clients to live a more satisfying life, within the struggles, constraints, and dilemmas that life sometimes presents.

My first session
I know that meeting someone for the first time and talking about yourself may be uncomfortable for you. I will do my best to put you at ease and make you comfortable. We will talk about what has brought you to therapy, about your life to date and what your goals and expectations are. I will talk to you about my contract, cancellation policy, confidentiality agreement and my professional standards and ethics. We can discuss different lengths of treatment and what will help you best. I offer individual and group work and may suggest different formats at different times which we can discuss so that you make the right choice for yourself.
