Practice description

I have been practicing as an integrative and trauma therapist for approximately 35 years. I am dual trained as a nurse and believe the two work in synergy. I also have a doctorate from Exeter University Psychology Dept'

I have a wide range of experience having worked in numerous settings spanning healthcare, young adults to the military working with trauma, loss, workplace stress and resilience, mental and physical health. Caring about the environment and nature I aim to be a holistic practitioner and collaborate with others when required. I work with a range of techniques best suited to the individual.
