About me and my therapy practice

I have been counselling for more than 25 years working with Addiction(s), Anger Management, Anxiety, Bereavement, Child related issues, Depression, General counselling, Loss, Phobias, Post-traumatic stress, Redundancy, Relationships, Self Esteem, Self Harm, Stress, Trauma, Women's Issues, Breast Cancer Patients, and Work related issues,

I also practise Matrix Reimprinting & Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) which have proven very helpful in moving clients forward very quickly. I have over 90% success rate and use it for both emotional and physical problems. You can see it being used on Youtube.

Please note - I am not available on evenings or weekends.

My first session

This is an assessment session so that I can get an idea of what problem/s are causing mental health issues for you and to understand your lifestyle. I will talk about how I feel I can help you and for you to decide whether you would like to start counselling with me.
