About me and my therapy practice

Therapy for university and college transitions, adults and young people, grief, and artistic identities.

Are you a student or creative professional struggling to find your footing, navigating profound loss, or exploring new ways of existing in the world? Life transitions can feel daunting. My background and career on stage in theatres gives me a deep understanding of the unique pressures surrounding creative expression, performance, and identity shifts.

As an integrative trained Higher Diploma therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to suit your individual needs.

Having worked extensively as a therapist in inner London colleges, and in a therapeutic way in schools, a therapist for mental health charities (including Mind), I am highly experienced in supporting young adults through intense life transitions.

Whether you are dealing with anxiety, isolation, or bereavement, I offer a collaborative, safe space to untangle your story. Together, we can work through your unique narrative and address your needs, supporting you through your individual journey, and find new ways of being.

Practice description

Starting therapy can feel daunting, which is why our first session is a gentle, collaborative space designed to put you at ease. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you feel comfortable with.

During this initial session, we will explore what brings you to therapy, look at the unique challenges you are facing, and discuss what you hope to achieve. We will focus on understanding your personal narrative, your specific way of looking at the world, and your individual needs.

It is also a chance for you to see how I work and ensure you feel  comfortable in the space. Together, we will decide on the best way forward for your individual journey.

My first session

The first step is to meet during a 50 minute session to determine if we can  mutually engage with the therapeutic relationship. Concession rates available.
