About me and my therapy practice
Examining thoughts, feelings, and emotions is a path that leads to adjusting our behaviours and lives in less unfortunate directions. Therapy helps because it is an environment where we try and unfold thoughts, feelings and underlying concerns that seem to be burdening your decisions and life. At times it can be challenging to re-examine difficult situations or simply talk about current issues; however, it is this first step of talking through these moments that can improve one’s life
I am a psychotherapist with experience in the UK and abroad. My work spans across different issues that, I believe, at some point in our lives most people deal with, from feelings of depression and anxiety, to family and peer relationship problems, to losing meaning in life and feelings of loneliness and isolation. Also, I have worked with charities and helped people that have gone through struggles with personality problems, bereavement and grief, and abuse and trauma.
I offer psychodynamic therapy that emphasizes the importance of early experiences and relationships in life and through talking and analysing we come to new understandings and ways of being.
