About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced therapist providing counselling for adults and young people aged 11+. I work on a one-to-one basis from a bright and comfortable therapy room in the centre of Hanwell, W7. In my work, I have helped people improve their emotional well-being and overcome a broad range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and trauma.
I have a friendly and down to earth approach and offer a high professional standard in confidentiality and integrity. I will work with you, finding out what you need as an individual and tailoring therapy to meet your own unique requirements.
My approach is built upon the belief that everyone has the potential for positive change within the support of a safe and non-judgmental counselling relationship. I offer a low-cost initial assessment session to see if we can work well together.
I specialise in counselling adolescents, supporting them with issues such as anxiety, panic attacks and self-harm. This experience has been gained through my work in a specialist youth counselling charity and in schools.
Please feel free to contact me and we can talk through whether you would like to take the next step and arrange an initial, reduced rate consultation.
