About me and my therapy practice
At the start of a new year, we’re bombarded with messages telling us to change the way we eat and increase the amount we exercise. Physical health is important but how about giving your mental health a fresh start too? Whether you’re in crisis or you simply want to make some changes to the way you lead your life, I am here to help.
I am a qualified and experienced therapist providing counselling and psychotherapy for adults. I work on a one-to-one basis from a light and comfortable therapy room in the centre of Hanwell, W7. I have a friendly and down to earth approach and offer a high professional standard in confidentiality and integrity. I will work alongside you, finding out what you need as an individual and tailoring therapy to meet your own unique requirements.
My approach is built upon the belief that each person has the potential for understanding themselves and solving their own problems within the support of a warm and trusting counselling relationship. I offer a low-cost initial assessment session to see if we can work well together.
I also welcome adolescents and young adults, specialising in supporting young people with issues such as anxiety, low self-esteem, panic attacks and self-harm. My experience has been gained through my work in a local youth counselling charity and in secondary schools.
Please feel free to contact me and we can talk through whether you would like to take the next step and arrange an initial, reduced-rate consultation.
