About me and my therapy practice

Hi I’m David. I work with diverse clients with diverse reasons for seeking therapy. Working one to one with adults, I provide a warm and inclusive, confidential space that is sensitive to you and your needs.

My work is based in person-centred practice - an evidence based therapeutic approach that results in significant reductions to psychological distress.

I believe we all possess the capacity to self-heal and that sometimes these resources within us become blocked. In a safe and supportive relationship you can start to become aware of these restrictive barriers and in time remove them, allowing your own resources and strengths to emerge.
