About me and my therapy practice
Hello and Welcome.
Life can throw us many challenging and difficult situations, the breakdown of a relationship, bereavement, health concerns, redundancy. We can be left feeling powerless and our emotions become confusing and start to feel unmanageable. Finding a solution can feel impossible.
Using the idea that you are central to what happens whilst we work together, my hope is that we can navigate our way to a place where you are able to live with the changes that have been thrown your way.
Trauma is an area in which I have extensive experience, specifically in relation to sexual and domestic violence and have worked with it's complex effects. There can be a fulfilling life to live even after the most devastating of events.
As well as working in private practice I have worked as a senior therapist for a national charity, in criminal justice and with patients and staff in a hospital setting working with the impact of life changing health issues.
I look forward to speaking to you and will be happy to answer any questions in relation to how we may be able to work together.
Practice description
I run a a small private practice alongside working for the NHS in a hospital setting. Rates are between £50 and £65 per session and we can discuss which rate is the right one for you. Sessions can be held either face to face, remotely or a mixture of the two.

I am an experienced Integrative therapist and supervisor who uses a variety of approaches to meet the needs of each individual requiring supervision.
I am able to offer supervision to trainee counsellors, counsellors as well as other professions who work with clients who have or continue to experience trauma.
