About me and my therapy practice

Do you feel you might benefit from making changes in your life? I can help you to identify both difficulties and solution options by offering a safe space for you to explore your inner world, your emotions and to make sense of your issues with a compassionate and empathic approach. Together we will work towards you moving forward with strength, self-confidence and renewed direction.

I offer a trusting and supportive environment to develop our relationship to provide you with space to look into your inner world. Whatever you have experienced, whether it be trauma, shame, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, loss, grief or stress, we will explore it together and seek a solution in a completely safe environment.
