About me and my therapy practice

I have over 25 years experience as an Integrative Counsellor/Psychotherapist. I work with adults and draw upon psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, Solution Focussed Brief Therapy and Therapeutic Creative Writing. AVIVA and BUPA Registered. Free 15 minute initial telephone consultation. In addition to one to one work, I run groups, workshops and talks on creative writing for therapeutic purposes. My consulting rooms are in Hove on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.

On street parking is plentiful @ £1.40 p/hr. 2 minute walk from Hove station. On no7 bus route.

I work in person or via Zoom.
