About me and my therapy practice
Counselling and psychotherapy provide a space for you to feel safe, supported and understood. Perhaps you are struggling to overcome painful experiences or you simply want to develop your potential and to live more fully. Perhaps you are looking to understand your past and its impact on the present or you are seeking to diminish the power of unhelpful defences and self-defeating patterns of behaviour.
Whatever the reason or the difficulty you are facing, I am happy to meet you and together we can seek to understand your situation with the aim of helping you to be the best you can be and to realise your full potential.
