I work with individual and couples at my practice in London Bridge. The practice is close to Borough Underground Station and about ten minutes walk from London Bridge Station.
I offer afternoon and evening sessions. I also work online and offer sessions at my practice in Tunbridge Wells.
About me and my therapy practice
I work with individuals and couples using a mixture of therapeutic styles including psychodynamic and relational approaches in order to support you to work on the challenges you face. I will help you to explore and understand your thoughts and feelings with the aim of helping you to be the best you can be and to realise your full potential – to be free, healthy and more self-aware.
For couples, I focus on the relationship between you aiming to resolve the difficulties you are facing. This may include conflict resolution, improving communication and finding ways to be more loving to one another. Whether you stay in the relationship or move on the aim is to take whatever steps are needed to move forward.
I create a safe and supportive space to listen deeply to your concerns. If you are struggling to overcome painful experiences or you simply want to develop your potential and to live more fully, it can be helpful to have a skilful, caring and experienced person to talk to.
Therapy is a weekly space just for you where you can get the support you need. Sessions are at the same time every week and last 50 minutes for individuals and a minimum of 60 minutes for couples. Sessions for couples may be longer depending on what we agree. I work on an open-ended basis but can also offer shorter term work which can be effective for specific issues such as following a major life event.
Practice description
Psychotherapy provides a space for you to feel safe, supported and understood. Perhaps you are struggling to overcome painful experiences or you simply want to develop your potential and to live more fully. Perhaps you are looking to understand your past and its impact on the present or you are seeking to diminish the power of unhelpful defences and self-defeating patterns of behaviour.

My first session
If you are interested in starting therapy, I suggest we have an initial session to get to know each other. This would be an opportunity for you to talk about your situation and what you are hoping to work on. At the end of the initial meeting we will agree the next steps. If you want to start therapy we will agree a regular time to meet and this will be your reserved space.
Please get in touch to discuss meeting for an initial session. My email and phone line are confidential. I am always happy to speak briefly on the phone and if I can't answer your call immediately you can leave a message in complete confidence and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
