About me and my therapy practice
As a counsellor, I am interested in how our current-day lives have been shaped by formative past experiences and unconscious processes. Within this framework, I take a tailored approach to each client, allowing the needs of the individual to guide my work. I am experienced in providing both short-term and long-term therapy, covering a range of issues with a straightforward style. I have worked extensively with trauma and abuse, depression and anxiety, and relationship issues.
My aim is to help you explore how you can best be yourself and live your life amidst the confusion and challenges of the modern world. In time old wounds begin healing, a sense of clarity emerges and you feel freer to move towards a more satisfying life with a greater sense of hope, peace, confidence and love.
Our work together will help you to become clearer about what matters most to you, uncover a truer sense of who you are and what gives real meaning and satisfaction to your life.
