About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes we can all feel a bit broken and life can get on top of us. We need to take time to regroup and restore ourselves. It may be that you find yourself in an unhappy relationship or that life has left you feeling worried and down and that you need to show yourself some respect. Maybe work is stressful and you are struggling to sleep because you are replaying the day and wishing for things to be different. Maybe you are finding family and friends placing too much of a burden on you and you’d like to change your interactions with them and have reasonable boundaries and more resilience.
I would love to work with you to understand your emotions, how you can put in place boundaries so that you feel in control, respected and that your life has purpose and meaning. I will listen to your story non-judgmentally and sit with you through the feelings that arise. I offer a space where you can try out new ways of being before taking them into your life. As an integrative therapist I have a grounding in different theoretical bases which means I can offer you an approach which is based on the fact that I believe we all have within us the resources we need but sometimes we need a little help to find a different way of being and coping with all that life can throw at us.
I understand that commencing therapy takes courage and I offer a free 15 minute telephone consultation to see if I am the person you would like to work with.
