About me and my therapy practice
COVID-19: During these difficult times when face to face counselling is not possible, I am offering phone or online counselling (Zoom/Skype/Face-time) at a reduced rate. Please contact me for further information on 07868 743000 or email me.
I am an experienced person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I provide a warm, friendly and supportive counselling service in a safe environment where you can just be you.
I will provide you with a confidential and empathic space where we can explore your anxieties, feelings and concerns together at your own pace.
I believe that by processing your emotions and worries, this can lead to you gaining personal insights and a greater understanding of yourself and your life experiences or situations.
I am experienced in counselling people with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, abuse, childhood trauma, addictions, domestic violence, loneliness, relationship break ups and bereavement.
Alongside private practice, I have worked for a number of years with addictions and trauma in a counselling service in London.
I have also worked for the last 2 years at a local charity in Poole supporting adults who suffer from the effects of childhood abuse. This includes working with dissociation, post traumatic stress and anxiety.
For further information or to arrange an initial consultation please call 07868 743000 or e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org
