About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes we need a space to think out loud and try to make sense of things. I offer a space that is safe and supportive, where curiosity and empathy replace assumption and judgement.
Perhaps you are looking for some space to explore, but you can't put your finger on exactly what, or perhaps you know exactly what you want to talk about.
There are many different reasons why people come to therapy, whatever your reason for taking this decision, the first steps can feel a little daunting. I work in a collaborative way where together we can create a space that allows us to explore the reasons you have come to therapy.
Practice description
I am an integrative therapist who draws on the approaches of psychodynamic and humanistic theories. This means we are able to explore patterns of behaviour that may have possible links to the past alongside what is happening in your life in the here and now.
I hold an MA in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy.
