About me and my therapy practice

I am an experienced BACP accredited counsellor with an Advanced Diploma in Integrative Counselling and a Post Graduate Certificate in CBT. I practice in Regent Street, London W1 and Clapham South London SW4.

As an integrative counsellor, my approach incorporates humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT modalities, which are tailored to a client's individual needs. In our work together I hope to give a new understanding and practical tools which will serve you in the future.

I believe that the most important aspect of counselling is a strong therapeutic relationship between counsellor and client. I aim to provide a warm, safe, supportive, non-judgemental space, which allows you to challenge established ways of thinking and being. Working collaboratively I aim to help you evaluate your needs to gain a deeper understanding of yourself, enabling you to make empowered choices.

From my previous experience in the world of media and the creative industries I understand the pressures on the individual in the workplace and home, and the impact it can have. This informs my practice which includes working with a wide variety of mental health difficulties including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, addiction, relationship and workplace issues and bereavement.

If you are thinking about counselling but are nervous or unsure about the process, I am happy to offer a free introductory session at my Regent Street Practice subject to availability.

I have a broad range of clinical experience working within the NHS, London Authorities and Private Practice.

Abuse, Anxiety, Bereavement, Depression, Loss, Life coaching, Personal development, Chronic fatigue syndrome / ME, Health related issues, Self esteem, Relationships, Anger management, Redundancy, Stress, Work related issues
