About me and my therapy practice
Hi, I’m Karen, I am an experienced Person-Centred Counsellor and I offer telephone and video call counselling sessions.
I have worked with people struggling with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, isolation, bereavement, loss, illness, sexual abuse, anger, body image, relationship issues, sexual identity, stress and more. This experience has been gained by working within a GP practice and my private practice.
I offer an environment that is safe and confidential for you to explore and navigate your thoughts and feelings. I will listen non-judgementally to understand your point of view and support you bringing about the changes you wish to make.
How to get in touch with me
Reaching out for help is a big step and may seem daunting. If you have any questions regarding counselling or wish to arrange an appointment, I am happy to be contacted by phone, text or email, whichever you prefer.
If you call and I’m not available to answer please just leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can. Your message will only be heard by myself ensuring confidentiality from the outset.
I offer an initial half hour appointment for £20. This is an opportunity for you to give an overview of why you are seeking counselling and see how we could work together.
I am working one-to-one long and short-term with individuals from the age of 16 years via telephone and the Zoom video conferencing app. I offer daytime or evening appointments.
