About me and my therapy practice
I am a safe pair of hands. I use a person centred approach; the sessions are steered by you and about you. I work with young people and adults. We can explore issues and subjects together to gain awareness and find the tools to gain some sense of control over your life. I have a keen interest in using creative options when appropriate and always allow plenty of room for clients to express themselves in a non-judgemental environment.
As a registered member of the BACP I am guided by and work within their Ethical Framework.
