About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, work-related stress, relationship challenges, or trauma? In my practice as a UKCP MBACP Dip. Psych. Integrative Psychotherapist, I provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where all presenting issues are welcome. My approach is both supportive and challenging, helping you identify and break free from limiting beliefs and patterns that no longer serve you.
An integrative approach in psychotherapy combines techniques from all the major schools of psychotherapy, such as psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), humanistic, Gestalt, and existential therapies. My sessions offer a personalised treatment plan, drawing on the most appropriate models to meet your unique needs. By blending elements from these approaches, integrative therapy provides the most effective tools for deep healing and personal growth.
While I work with individuals from all backgrounds, I am particularly known for my work with performing artists, public figures, and senior professionals, helping them navigate challenges like imposter syndrome, performance anxiety, relationship issues, and leadership stress.
With further training and certification in EMDR, Relationship Psychology, Executive Function Skills, Somatic Healing, and Mindfulness, I tailor each session to suit your specific needs.
Together, we will look to uncover the root causes of your struggles, breaking lifelong conscious and subconscious patterns. This will empower you to move forward with a fresh perspective on life, one that aligns with your goals and well-being. It's about creating a healing path toward a more fulfilling, happier future that serves you better.
Sessions are £200.
My clinic is located in Notting Hill, London W11, and I also offer online and telephone sessions. In addition to individual therapy, I offer bespoke corporate packages for in-house work and leadership-focused speaking engagements.
