About me and my therapy practice
I am a Registered and Accredited member of BACP and have over 18 years experience. My practice includes working with stress, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, relationship and couples, family issues, work and health related problems and personal development. I practise in Maidstone and serve the surrounding areas. My approach is integrative, using different theoretical models within the humanistic framework to meet the needs of the client. I have additional training in couple and relationship issues, and have specialist counselling experience of working with bereavement and loss. I am an approved counsellor for certain health insurance companies and EAP providers. I also have experience in primary care work both with the NHS and privately.
Some concessions are available including reduced rates for counselling students.
My qualifications include Dip Therapeutic Couns (Humanistic) 2001; Bereavement & Loss Couns 2003; Foundations of Cogitive Behavioural Therapy 2010; Certificate in Couple Dynamics 2015
