I am a Registered and Accredited member of BACP with over 20 years' experience. I am currently offering telephone and online appointments. Face to face appointments are available in Maidstone. My practice includes working with stress, anxiety, depression, loss, bereavement, relationships and couples, family issues, work and health related problems and personal development. I practise in Maidstone and Sevenoaks and serve the surrounding areas. My approach is integrative, using different theoretical models. I have additional training in couple and relationship issues, and have specialist counselling experience of working with bereavement and loss. I am an approved counsellor for several health insurance companies and EAP providers. I also have experience in primary care work both with the NHS and privately.

Some concessions are available including reduced rates for counselling students.  I also offer several low cost appointments a month for NHS workers.
