About me and my therapy practice

Special interest in Bereavement, low self-esteem and relationship problems (such as gaslighting, narcissism and coercive control) as well as other forms of emotional abuse.

While counseling is not a crisis service,  I have extensive experience in working with those experiencing suicidal thoughts, and would be happy to help people struggling with this.

I offer a completely confidential, non judgmental space, where together we can talk about your needs and work towards these goals together. I know that talking to a stranger can be daunting, so we will always go at a pace you are comfortable with.

I am very passionate about helping people make the changes they want to see in their life, and have a very successful history of enabling my clients to reach their goals, whether this be to build self esteem,  or move on after a relationship breakdown, or feel less heartbroken after the loss of a loved one.

Contact me for a free, no obligation,  initial consultation. AM and PM slots available. Please call or text on 07306350249 or message me below.

Practice description

I am a BACP registered Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 10 years experience working in the NHS, charity and private sectors.

I hold a Masters of Science degree in Theraputic Counselling and prior to training as a therapist I worked in an NHS crisis unit.

Alongside my private practice I work as a counsellor for a short term NHS service. What I love about private practice is that, unlike the NHS service, the sessions are open ended, meaning there is no time limit on how many sessions we have together.

As an integrative therapist, I draw upon a variety of therapeutic interventions to best suit you, however I primarily follow the person centred, psychodynamic and CBT approaches.

I am currently offering zoom and telephone sessions, however, for those in the North London areas of Finchley and Highgate I am open to discuss  walk and talk therapy.

My first session

On our first session together we can talk about what brought you to seek help, and think about goals/focus that you would like the sessions to have-if you don't have a focus in mind that is completely fine. We will go at your own pace, and you wont be pressured to talk about anything you dont feel comfortable with.

No matter what you are coming to therapy with, I guarentee you will be met with warmth and compassion.
