About me and my therapy practice
Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed with feelings or need a space to talk through your personal, emotional or mental health difficulties?
Counselling may help to develop your self-awareness, your self-worth and also insight into how you relate to others.
It is important in counselling that we meet weekly for us to work together to explore different perspectives, reflect on past experiences and to use the therapeutic space to process difficult thoughts and feelings.
I am also an Associate Member of the Faculty for HIV & Sexual Health of The British Psychological Society and am bound by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy Ethical Framework.
