About me and my therapy practice
Life is full of challenges and this may be a particularly difficult time and you’re not sure where to turn. I will provide a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and emotions and consider any changes you might like to make in your life to improve your wellbeing.
I am a qualified and BACP Registered Counsellor offering individual counselling to adults aged 18 and over. I have worked with clients experiencing a range of issues including stress, low self esteem, abuse (physical, sexual and bullying), bereavement and loss, relationship issues, depression and anxiety, personal and family issues, personal development, work related issues and confidence.
Thanks for looking at my profile. If you feel that I might be able to help you please get in touch using the contact form.
I work from a comfortable therapy room in my home and offer sessions in the evenings and at the weekend.
I also offer sessions online if you prefer.
My first session
This session is for you to talk about what brings you to counselling and what you would like to gain from our time together. I will ask questions to gather information and you can ask me questions about the process and any concerns you may have.
Counselling may feel daunting and you may not know what to expect. After this session you might wish to take some time to think about whether this is right for you and to decide if you would like to work with me. You are under no obligation to book additional sessions.
