About me and my therapy practice

Accepting online clients in March. I am increasingly aware of the impact that COVID-19 is having on individuals. I am offering remote support from a private space within your home to explore and share your concerns. This can be offered around home-working and juggling a family. I am conscious that there are other aspects of your life that you may want support with, such as; relationship difficulties, how you feel about yourself, feeling overwhelmed by modern day issues and work challenges. I am experienced in offering support with addiction, dual diagnosis, supporting prenatal and postnatal women affected by fertility issues.

Online therapy is beneficial by enabling you to be surrounded by your home comforts. Counselling gives you time and space to understand any issues you are experiencing and together work through them. If you are struggling give me a call or send me an email and I will respond promptly.

I will be offering secure end-to-end encrypted video conferencing for our appointments and offer flexibility with day time and evening appointments available. I work within person centered framework and model, focusing on developing a therapeutic relationship, building trust allowing us to work towards your therapeutic goal.
