About me and my therapy practice

As a BACP accredited psychotherapist I provide general counselling, CBT, Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Chair Work and Solution Focused Therapy in a creative way, tailored to your needs.

I have extensive experience in helping people overcome depression, anxieties, phobias, panic, anger, stress, lack of confidence, bereavement and loss, relationship difficulties, bullying at work and other life challenging issues. I am insightful and dynamic, with a wealth of life experience.
