About me and my therapy practice
Mum Therapy: Online Counselling for Mums and Mums to be.
Motherhood can be profoundly intense and triggering. And of course the rest of your life continues, but the focus is so rarely on you as a person. I help you to untangle your difficult thoughts and feelings, and work out what you need. You deserve to thrive, not just to survive while pouring all your energy into other people.
I meet clients for 50min sessions via Zoom video calling.
Practice description
With me you get a regular confidential opportunity to explore personal issues. My job is to help you through this process without judgement and without telling you what to do.
All parts of you are welcome. You do not need to be on sparkling form or to entertain me. For once, it's all about you. For many clients this in itself is a great relief.
Nor do you need to be in crisis. If something doesn't feel right, counselling can help.
If you'd like to try some therapeutic conversations with a warm, experienced professional, do get in touch.
My first session
The initial consultation is a 60min meeting to talk about what is going on for you, your hopes for counselling and how I can help. You can see what it is like to talk with me and ask and questions. My standard session fee applies (£50).
I also offer a free introductory chat if you'd prefer to start with that.
