About me and my therapy practice

I am a fully accredited and experienced therapist providing confidential and professional therapy to adults of all ages and young people (aged 11+) in the local area.

I currently work in private practice with people for an agreed time period or on an open-ended basis. Previous to this I have provided professional therapy to people from a wide range of backgrounds. I have worked in various settings including the NHS, a GP Practice, a school as well as in charitable organisations.

I hold a Masters Degree and Post graduate Diploma from the University of Reading in Counselling. I also have a Certificate in Counselling Young People as well as a Diploma in Online Counselling.

I find it useful to spend a few minutes on the phone to find out who you are and what brings you to counselling and to arrange an initial consultation with no further obligation.
