About me and my therapy practice
If you are new to counselling or psychotherapy I know how nervous you are probably feeling. Taking such a step can be challenging. Yet, I also know how incredibly rewarding it can be.
I offer weekly one-to-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions for professionals on a long, medium or short-term basis in Central London (London Bridge & Oxford Circus) as well as Online. So depending on your hopes and needs, we can work together over a brief period or for however long you require.

I am a trained Psychosynthesis practitioner (holding a Masters level equivalent Post Graduate Diploma). Psychosynthesis is a style of counselling and psychotherapy; utilising a range of therapeutic approaches and techniques depending on your needs.
Whatever difficulties you are experiencing, I will be there to walk alongside you.
Whilst respecting your identity, your background, your past, your present situation and future aspirations, I will help you to find choice where there appears to be none.
