About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced and BACP Registered Counsellor and EMCC Accredited Coach with over 20 years working with adults and young people with a wide range of issues, including addictions and compulsions, anxiety, anger management, assertiveness, bereavement, loss, building confidence, coping with worries and fears, family dynamics and general personal improvement & development.
I use an Integrative approach, which simply means my initial training incorporated a range of theoretical models and the emphasis of my work is on the healing power of the counselling relationship itself.
As a qualified coach, I can also support you with setting and focusing on your future; clarifying goals and intentions and taking steps towards the changes you want to see, however, small the steps might feel towards that in the beginning.
And if you're not yet sure what you need, an initial 15 min telephone call is available to explore your next steps.
