About me and my therapy practice

I’m a qualified and experienced private psychotherapeutic counsellor that helps adults to navigate grief and find life beyond loss. My practice is based in London, however because I practice online and by telephone, I can help people across the UK.

I have appointments available for immediate start.

My regular working hours are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 6pm.

I endeavour to be flexible where possible.

Life can be overwhelming, confusing and sometimes frightening.

If you are exhausted & struggling to do things you previously did with ease, feel isolated & alone in a world where everyone seems happy, feel stuck and faced with difficulties like bereavement, separation/divorce, depression or anxiety I can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings, why they make you feel the way they do and learn how to regulate your emotions, respond rather than react so that you can start feeling better.

Whether you are grieving for the death of a loved one or the ending of a relationship (separation/divorce), a job, your health, mobility or lifestyle I’m here to listen without judgement and move through your grief together to start your healing.

Single sessions – £100 (90 minutes in length)

Group Therapy - £35 per participant every week (90 minutes in length)

My aim is to be as genuine, empathetic and non judgemental as I can be in our relationship therefore my way of working is client led which means I will walk beside you in the direction you set and at your pace. 

Face to Face and Online Counselling

If you face difficult time with Covid-19, feeling anxious, uncomfortable or nervous about meeting people I can offer online support to help reduce the anxiety/panic and explore fear of losing your job/health or someone dear.

Online Counselling is as effective as Face to Face Therapy and offers the same privacy and confidentiality. It has the benefit of sitting comfortable in your own home with a cup of tea without the hassle of travelling while exploring your concerns in an accepting space. 

Feeling heard and understood, being listened and cared for can help you face and resolve your issues.

I’m confident we can develop a trusting, open and honest relationship so I offer a free 20 minute initial telephone consultation prior to our first meeting so that you can ask questions about me, get a sense of who I am, tell me more about yourself and see if the way I work suits you.
