About me and my therapy practice

I will support you through your difficulties and help you identify what you need to improve your life, emotional well-being and build resilience for further life challenges.

I will listen without judgement to whatever you wish to bring to our sessions and help you explore your thoughts and feelings.  By actively listening and observing your communication, both verbal and non-verbal I may reflect back observations.   I will be interested in your perception of life, how you have come to this view and whether you may want to change outdated beliefs, distorted perceptions or self defeating attitudes.  As you become more self aware you will gain insights to what may troubling or limiting you.  It can lead to a clearer view of the choices and possibilities open to you and develop your own ways to move forward confidently and optimistically.

Practice description

I work with adults aged 18 and over.  At present I am only working remotely using video or phone.   I offer a free phone consultation (up to 20 minutes) for you to decide whether you think I would suit you.

At our first session I will take some details from you as part of an assessment to ensure I am the right person to help you with whatever you bring.  There will be no obligation to continue after this first session.
