About me and my therapy practice

I work from private premises based in Bitteswell with parking next to it. I am a fully qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer an integrative approach to therapy depending on your needs. I have worked in both the Private and Charity sector of Counselling Organisations. Counselling I offer is empathetic, confidential and depends mainly on the Client, Counsellor trust in each other.

I offer an integrative Counselling model which includes Person Centred therapy, Psychodynamic therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychosynthesis and hypnosis. Using these models I am able to personalise each individual's therapeutic needs.

Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling 2017

I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work according to their ethical framework.

I am fully insured and receive monthly supervision which is strictly confidential. I also attend CPD as an ongoing part of my therapeutic training.

My fees are:

Initial Consultation £20-00

Therapy sessions £40-00

Practice description

I operate a private practice and aim to accommodate all needs. I offer face to face, video and telephone counselling which is designed to suit individuals within the current climate. Please get in touch for further information and to discuss terms and conditions of therapy so that is suits you.

My first session

The initial consultation is probably the most frightening thought for you. However, this is where we get to know each other. My aim is to find out as much as I can about you, whilst putting you at ease so that we can embark on your future therapeutic journey. It is here that we go through your therapeutic needs and discuss confidentiality clauses and boundaries. The ultimate hope is that you feel safe and comfortable working with me. This is my aim as your therapist.
