About me and my therapy practice

I seek to offer a curious compassionate and relational space to promote your development as a counsellor. I work integratively, and am experienced in child and adult counselling. My theoretical base is humanistic and psychodynamic.

I am a supervisor-in-training so offer concessionary rates while training.

Practice description

I offer concessionary rates while I am training, which I expect to complete in July 2026. I work online and can offer group or one to one supervision. I can consider face to face work, depending on location. Based in south London. We would start with a phone call to check that we both feel we'd be the right fit.

My first session

I would ask us to spend a little time getting to know each other in terms of any training requirements, theoretical bases and anything else we considered important in enabling us to build an effective relational working alliance.
