About me and my therapy practice
I qualified as a Supervisor in 2020 but have been supervising therapists for 15 years. I work within a Humanistic and Integrative model with a 7 eyed model of supervision. I have been a therapist since 2005 and specialised in working with Trauma and i try to bring this Trauma informed way of working into my supervision practice.
Practice description
I expect my supervisees to come prepared for supervision and try to work collaboratvely in a very boundaried way. The relationship will be bedded in the BACP code of ethics. We will explore areas of professional practice, provide support around any issues that arise for the supervisee and share knowledge that helps enhance a supervisees practice. I hope to provide a safe enviroment for the supervisee son they can be open and honest about their work or their need for support.
