About me and my therapy practice

I founded Time2B Therapies to offer supportive, nurturing Clinical Supervision for trainee and qualified professionals working within Therapy and Mental Health. Alongside my supervision work, I bring extensive experience as a Clinical Lead and Safeguarding Lead, having managed therapy teams across agencies and charities. This background allows me to support developing therapists with a strong understanding of real‑world practice, responsibility and professional growth.

My approach is gentle, relational and holistic. I aim to create a safe, grounding space where you can explore your practice openly, build confidence and develop your professional identity in a way that feels authentic to you. I work with humility, genuine curiosity and a deep respect for each supervisee’s individuality. Because every therapist is unique, our supervision is always shaped around your needs, your pace and your goals. The relationship we build becomes the foundation for reflection, learning and meaningful development.

I support trainee and qualified therapists across a wide range of modalities and settings. My experience includes working with young adults, school‑based practice, bereavement, palliative care, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, low self‑esteem and school‑related challenges.

At the heart of my practice is the belief that supervision provides a space to grow, pause and reconnect with your strengths. Training to become a therapist, or developing further as one, can feel exciting, uncertain and sometimes overwhelming. My role is to help you find steadiness, clarity and confidence. When things feel difficult, we work through them together. When you’re ready to stretch and develop, I’m right there with you.

The ability to grow is already within you. Supervision simply offers the space where you can be heard, understood and supported as you discover it.

Practice description

My Supervision Practice

I offer integrative, relational Clinical Supervision grounded in the Seven‑Eyed Model, a holistic framework that explores the client, the therapist, the supervisory relationship and the wider system. This approach supports deep reflection, strengthens professional identity and adapts easily across modalities, making it especially valuable for trainee therapists as they grow in confidence and clarity, as well as experienced practitioners wanting to enrich their reflective practice.

Supervision with me is warm, steady and collaborative. I work with humility, genuine curiosity and a deep respect for each supervisee’s individuality. My aim is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your work, develop your skills and grow at your own pace.
