About me and my therapy practice

I bring a robust background in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling. With a Bachelor's degree in CBT, a Diploma in Counselling, and a Level 7 Postgraduate qualification in Counselling Supervision, I combine my therapeutic experience with a commitment to fostering excellence within the counselling profession.

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT):

My academic foundation in CBT equips me with a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic principles and practices, providing a solid framework for guiding others in their professional growth.

Diploma in Counselling:

My Diploma in Counselling contributes to a nuanced understanding of the requirements of both clients and counsellors.

Level 7 Postgraduate qualification in Counselling Supervision:

As a qualified supervisor, I possess the skills and knowledge to guide and support fellow counsellors in their professional development, ensuring ethical and effective counselling practices.

Clinical Supervision Services:

Professional Guidance and Development:

I offer clinical supervision to counsellors seeking guidance and support in their professional journey. I strive to facilitate continuous professional growth by providing insights into therapeutic approaches, ethical considerations, and effective counselling practices.

Reflective Practice:

Encouraging counsellors to engage in reflective practice is a cornerstone of my supervision approach.

Case Consultation:

Through collaborative case consultation, I work with supervisees to explore challenging cases. Offering perspectives and strategies to navigate complex therapeutic situations, I aim to enhance problem-solving skills and enrich the quality of client care.

Ethical Decision-Making:

I strongly emphasise ethical considerations, assisting supervisees in navigating ethical dilemmas. By guiding them in making sound decisions, I contribute to maintaining ethical standards within the counselling profession.
