Life can be challenging; my purpose is to try and help others unlock their true potential and live the life they want to.

Practice description

Counselling can be helpful with a wide range of emotional issues, and I hope to help you get through them in a self-empowering way, building resilience and self-reflection that once cultivated, will benefit you long after your counselling ends.

No two counselling experiences are ever the same, we may work together for only a short time, or our work together may go on for much longer. It is important to me that I am ethically always meeting your needs and hitting the goals that you need to through our sessions. My hope is to help guide you in your journey without judgment, but you are the expert of your own life.

Many people will feel nervous about seeing a counsellor, and this is understandable. It takes a lot of courage to speak about our issues, but just like our physical need for food, water and shelter, we also have emotional needs too that need attention.

Counselling is a personal and transformative experience, and I want to make it as accessible and comfortable for you as possible, so I offer online work, (flexible with days/times for online work), telephone and in person sessions. I am also open to nature walks in the Ealing area if moving therapy is a personal choice for you.

I am here for you without judgment, my practice is fully inclusive and I welcome working with neurodivergence and LGBTQ+.

Working with ADHD and also those who have been impacted by cancer is a personal as well as a professional passion of mine.

I offer a concessionary fee of £50 for counsellors in training and also for anyone on a low income/financial issues, please ask.

My first session
