My usual working hours are from Monday afternoon to Thursday inclusive.

I provide professional supervision to both qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists either online or on the telephone.  

If we are reasonably local, I can also offer you supervision by walking and talking as an alternative way of working together

We can meet for as regular or as adhoc as you need in accordance with your professional requirements.

My work as a supervisor is inclusive as I support the work you do with your clients.  There is further information on my website should you wish to take a look.

While supervision is usually an hour and a half per session, I am happy to offer more or less as required.

I work online, but am also happy to offer supervision in a walk and talk method so long as we are both confidential and aware of who or what we may come across.

I am happy to talk with you on the telephone initially to ensure that our work together will be compatible and fit your requirements for ongoing professional and clinical support.

I will work with you, on a 1 to 1 basis, confidentially, to help you explore and understand anything that is causing you stress. I will aid your personal development in a secure and safe environment where you will be free to explore whatever issues are causing you concern. 

After we have met for an initial session, which is 50 minutes, we can arrange to meet on a regular weekly basis for as many or few sessions as you would like.

My practice is a safe place for you to talk with me freely, confidentially and without judgement. I will always offer you positive regard. As an Integrative therapist, the session is led by your agenda and whatever you wish to talk with me about. My curiosity is there to guide you as I am interested in everything you tell me.

If we are meeting for a walk and talk session then we will need to ensure we are in a place where you feel safe to talk with freely and without the risk of meeting anyone you might know along the route.

The first session is classed as the assessment session and will take 50 minutes to 1 hour. I realise this can be quite a big step to take, deciding to talk with someone you don't know, but I hope to put you at ease as I am impartial and will be supportive while I listen to whatever it is you want to talk about.

Once this is our diaries, I will commit to that time being held for you, as I will do the same for any future times arranged.
