Availability

I offer individual and group Clinical Supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, and currently have availability throughout the week, Monday to Friday, daytimes and evenings. I offer in person and online supervision.

I work in three locations across London, St Pancras, Clapham South and Crystal Palace. I also work online.

I have many years of experience of working in schools as a school counsellor/clinical supervisor and managing mental health services for young people, supervising groups of volunteer counsellors and psychotherapists who work with children and adolescents.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Gestalt trained Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor. I have over ten years experience supervising qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists who work with individual adults and young people. I have extensive experience in adult and child safeguarding, suicidal ideation and self-harm.

I offer one-to-one and group supervision, both online and in person. I currently run Clinical Supervision groups within the NHS and supervise complex and high risk cases in three South London boroughs. I also run supervision groups for a low cost, long term service in south London.

I offer a supportive supervision space with integrative therapeutic skills and Gestalt techniques, paying attention to the body with a holistic and creative approach. As a Gestalt trainer and group facilitator, I offer a supportive, educational and challenging space for you to develop greater awareness with your clients, containing and deepening your therapeutic relationship.

I have over ten years experience of running my own private practice and managing counselling projects in different organisations, including secondary schools, working with people from all different age groups.

Practice description

I work in supervision to raise awareness of your client’s patterns and processes, helping them to understand how they repeat particular behaviours that can hold them back and lead to low mood and depression. I offer strategies to manage anxiety, exploring triggers and deeper exploration of what underlies those fears.

Within the supervisory relationship it is useful to explore the dynamics within the here and now, and understand that what is co-created between us may represent a parallel process in your work with your clients.

Areas of expertise include trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, low mood and depression, eating disorders, addictions, relationships, miscarriage, childbirth and abortions, parenting, education, loss and bereavement.

I have a level 6/7 Diploma in Clinical supervision.

Availability

I am an accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, counselling trainer and group facilitator with over 15 years of experience working with adults, couples, groups, young people and children. Gestalt psychotherapy is a highly regarded, relational approach that helps people develop greater awareness of themselves, their relationships and the patterns that shape their lives. Through increased awareness and authentic dialogue, clients often discover new possibilities for change, growth and wellbeing

I offer a welcoming, supportive, and confidential therapeutic space tailored to your individual needs. I currently have availability for both in-person and online psychotherapy/counselling sessions throughout the week, providing flexibility to fit around your commitments.

When working with children and young people, I recognise the importance of involving parents and carers appropriately in the therapeutic process. I therefore offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation with parents before therapy begins, along with inclusive termly review meetings to discuss progress and ensure ongoing support. Sessions for young people are charged at £80 per 50-minute appointment.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.

About me and my therapy practice

My therapeutic approach is grounded in relationship, dialogue and curiosity. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel genuinely seen, heard and understood. Together, we will explore your experiences in the present moment, helping you develop greater awareness of recurring patterns, behaviours and ways of relating that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

I work creatively and collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper personal growth, I aim to support you in understanding yourself more fully and making choices that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Couples Therapy

As a Gestalt couples psychotherapist, I work relationally and experientially, paying close attention to how partners communicate through words, emotions, body language and patterns of interaction. I help couples move beyond familiar cycles and explore new possibilities for connection through increased awareness and honest dialogue.

Children, Young People and Families

I have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and relational difficulties. Alongside therapeutic work with young people, I offer parental support to help families navigate challenges, strengthen communication and build more connected relationships.

Supervision

I hold a Level 6/7 Diploma in Clinical Supervision and have many years of experience providing both individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. My supervisory approach is collaborative, reflective and supportive, encouraging practitioners to develop confidence, creativity and ethical awareness within their practice.

Practice description

Gestalt psychotherapy is a highly respected and well-established therapeutic approach that focuses on increasing awareness, strengthening authentic relationships, and supporting meaningful change in the present moment. Rather than concentrating solely on past events or diagnosing difficulties, Gestalt therapy helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and behaviours interact in everyday life.

Research and clinical practice have shown that greater self-awareness is often the foundation for lasting change. By developing a deeper understanding of patterns that may no longer serve you, Gestalt therapy can help you make more conscious choices, improve relationships, build resilience, and develop a stronger sense of self. The approach is highly relational, creative and experiential, making it particularly effective for those who wish not only to talk about their difficulties but also to experience new ways of being and relating.

Because of its emphasis on genuine human connection, personal responsibility and holistic wellbeing, Gestalt therapy is widely valued as an effective approach for addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, loss, low self-esteem and personal development.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Gestalt BACP accredited Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with many years of experience. I work with couples, groups, adults, adolescents and children with a range of integrative therapeutic skills. In my work with young people, I also provide parental support to help you navigate difficult dynamics and build a stronger relationship with your child.

My strengths are contact and dialogue, and my ability to meet you relationally where you're at, with curiosity and a non-judgmental attitude. I work creatively to raise awareness of your patterns and processes, supporting you to understand how you may repeat particular behaviours that can hold you back and lead to a feeling of stuckness that many people experience.

As a Gestalt couples psychotherapist, my stance is dialogic and experiential: I pay close attention to how each partner shows up in the room—through words, tone, posture, and energy—naming what I notice to support deeper awareness. I use creative experiments to help partners experience new possibilities rather than repeat old cycles. Throughout the work, I hold a balance of support and challenge, helping each partner stay differentiated while also strengthening their capacity for authentic contact. My aim is not to “fix” the couple but to create a space where awareness grows, communication becomes more embodied and honest, and the relationship can reorganise itself from a place of clarity and choice.

Areas of expertise include complex trauma, self-harm, suicidal ideation, anxiety, low mood and depression, eating disorders, neurodiversity, addictions, relationships, sex and intimacy issues, miscarriage, childbirth and abortions, parenting, education, loss and bereavement.

I have a level 6/7 diploma in Clinical supervision, and have years of experience in individual/group supervision of trainee and qualified counsellors.

I work in-person in south-east London and online.

Practice description

At the heart of a good therapy experience is the therapeutic relationship. I offer a warm, empathic and non judgemental space, inviting curiosity, awareness and self-reflection. I invite you to challenge yourself to break free from fixed patterns that hold you back in your life and lead to troubled relationships, low mood and anxiety.

Please get in touch if you are interested!

About me and my therapy practice

As an experienced Gestalt trainer and Clinical Supervisor, I work with groups to raise awareness of your patterns and processes within a group setting.

Group process is a powerful and exciting way to understand more about how you relate to others, building connections, and gaining awareness of what holds you back in developing and sustaining meaningful and long term relationships.

Practice description

As the facilitator, I will be working with the group to explore contact and awareness, bringing in Gestalt concepts to foster creativity and explore group process and dynamics. This will be a space where you can explore the patterns you have developed for dealing with your life and decide whether these strategies have outlived their usefulness, and work with what are sometimes experienced as ‘difficult’ emotions, anger, fear, sadness, guilt, shame, etc. It is an opportunity for you to develop greater awareness about yourself, your relationships, and how you are in groups, supporting you on both professional and personal levels. It is a place for curiosity, connection, support and challenge, enhancing interpersonal and communication skills.
