About me and my therapy practice
I work in an integrative way with an array of modalities, including psychodynamic/psychoanalytical concepts. My work includes working with students and I am senior accredited.

About me and my therapy practice
I qualified as a counsellor in the year 2000 and have trained to a high standard. My counselling and supervision work takes place in a confidential setting and I invite you to look at my website.
I work with both adults and young people with a variety of presenting problems, such as depression, anxiety, bereavement, workplace issues and complexities of many different types.
My work is often in making links between the past and present and gaining personal insight and awareness into what the underlying cause may be. I offer a safe and contained environment that holds the relationship at the heart of the work we do together.
I am an accredited supervisor of counsellors and work with individuals and in organisational contexts delivering supervision. . My core training is in psycho-dynamic concepts but I am also trained in couple work, young people, and pastoral supervision in schools and colleges in third sector charities.
Practice description
My practice is in an adjoining annex at the side of my home with plenty of parking, a good bus route, and its own private entrance. The room is spacious and confidential.
My first session
We would begin by having an assessment to ascertain your needs and then we would decide on a contract and mutually if we can work together. I want to make sure you feel comfortable and if I am the best therapist for you.What I can help with
