About me and my therapy practice
I offer clinical supervision to qualified counsellors and psychotherapists or in those in training, and those from other disciplines within the helping professions.
I offer supervision for many different modalities.
I, we really do understand the importance of robust clinical supervision, I believe as therapists we need a safe space to talk about our work without judgement, aiming to help you figure out the relationships with your client whilst facilitating new ideas.
I bring years of clinical experience working with children, adults, and couples. I have supervise in several settings including private practice, NHS, schools, colleges, and universities as well as those in social proscribing roles.
I can offer a free consultation to talk through the different option available to you, so if you have any questions, please get in touch. I am a professionally qualified counsellor, psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer. Established in private practice in 2013. My knowledge and skills have developed through my psychotherapeutic work in private practice.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a professionally qualified psychotherapist, supervisor and trainer. Establishing in private practice in 2013, with private practices in Gosforth and Monkseaton. My knowledge and skills have developed through my psychotherapeutic work in private practice, I will share this knowledge with you where it would be helpful, to enable you to develop tools to use in everyday life beyond therapy.
I’m particularly proud of my track record over the last nearly 10 years as a Psychotherapist & in practice, I consider myself friendly and warming, my passion, innovative ideas and solutions particularly around psycho-education with and adults & young people, the trust my clients put in me, and the joy I take from continuing learning and development.
My hope is to be a resource to each and every client, and that if I can’t help you, I will try to help in any way I can to with someone I feel can.
My particular area of interest and expertise is Trauma, Personality Disorders, Anxiety, Adoption, Depression, Sexual Issues, Therapeutic Parenting as well as Training Counselling Therapeutic Skills.

Throughout my working life I have been involved in enabling people to grow and change. Prior to this I worked in finance & training, after a U-turn in career it lead me into counselling where I trained in a hospice & High School. Continuing my career as a school counsellor & tutor.
My specialities are working with children with needs including trauma, sex problems, depression, borderline and dissociation.
I have also have experience working adults working on a wide range of problems; Grief, Trauma, Sex Problems, Anxiety, Depression, General Mental Health to name a few.
