I have worked in a supervisory capacity for Marie Curie since 2018. I also supervise both qualified and training therapists. I can provide both face to face and online sessions. Sessions last 1.5 hours duration with a minimum appointment of once per month.

I offer my clients a quiet space where together we can work though the issues that are causing problems in their lives. In my role as a therapist I am completely non-judgemental and everything spoken about during the sessions is completely confidential. Remember you need not be alone in your struggles, I am here to help you.

In addition to face to face therapy I also offer online sessions via Zoom. I have found that working remotely can be just as effective and is often the preferred choice for people who have busy lives.
