About me and my therapy practice
'Hello there, Feel free to contact me for a free initial discussion.
This really allows us the chance to get to know each other.... I look forward to hearing from you'
I am a therapist, supervisor and I teach CPCAB level 4 at Langley Training. I have wide range of experience working with victims of abuse, for Victims first. I also work with neurodiverse students for 5 years before becoming a counsellor and so have a lot of experience working with clients who are neurodivergent.
The supervisory relationship is a really important one and I aim to always work with honesty and transparency. I ask the same from therapists to enhance the relationship and the therapeutic work. I offer a safe space to process and support the therapeutic work.
My model is integrative and that is the theoretic approach supervision I work from which includes Person centred, Transactional analysis Cognitive behavioural therapy and Psychodynamic. I use Hawkins and Shohet- seven eyed model to explore what is going on for everyone involved in the process.
I personally love supervision and love working with all my supervisees. I am also a Tutor at Langley Therapy and Training which has given me a wide variety of working with all different therapist, both experienced and in training.
Cost £70 for 1 hour or £95 for 1.5 hours
Feel free to contact me for more details

About me and my therapy practice
But is it OK for 'you' not to be OK?
Do you give other people permission to struggle, make mistakes or have difficult days, while expecting something completely different from yourself?
Sometimes we can become so used to managing, coping and putting other people first that we lose sight of what we actually need ourselves. We may understand intellectually that it’s OK to struggle, but still find it difficult to give ourselves the same compassion and understanding that we would offer to someone else.
Psychotherapy can provide a space to slow things down and make sense of what is happening for you. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, experiences and relationships, including patterns that may have developed over time. Understanding ourselves more clearly can help us make sense of our emotional responses, develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance, and find new ways of managing the things that feel difficult.
I’m a psychotherapist, supervisor and tutor with over a decade of experience supporting people through a wide range of experiences. I’m a down-to-earth and approachable person, and I aim to offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and honestly, at your own pace.
I particularly enjoy working with neurodiversity and understanding the individual behind the label. Alongside my private practice, I support trainee and qualified counsellors through supervision and teach CPCAB Level 4 counselling students.
I offer face-to-face, online and walk-and-talk sessions. If you’re considering therapy and would like to see whether I might be the right therapist for you, I offer a free 15-minute consultation.
