I have worked as a Psychological Therapist for over 12 years and I have experience in many different settings..For many different reasons you may be looking at the option of counselling..this could come from not feeling understood, confused, emotional, depressed, low in mood, suffering with anxiety, lack of motivation, self worth or self esteem or maybe lost your way..this could come from life circumstances or deeper rooted issues such as abuse, abandonment, loss, sexuality, relationships to name just a few..
I specialise in working with difficulties such as anxiety, panic, depression, relationship difficulties, mid-life changes, low self-esteem, feeling sad, divorce, being stuck in adaptive patterns e.g. people pleasing and avoidance, procrastination, angry outbursts, frustration and co-dependency.
